Stonefield deserves all 5 stars. I had a relatively challenging situation which two other brokers and my efforts at dealing directly with carriers were unable to resolve. Spencer picked up immediately and settled it in one call resulting in a policy with the same level of coverate for literally one quarter of the price I was getting quoted elsewhere (even though some quotes were coming from the same carriers). And he did that job with kindness, professionalism and empathy. If you're looking for a local broker that cares and can actually get the job done, look no further.

I found Spencer based on the solid reviews about him online, and he did not disappoint. He picked up the phone, was available, and thorough and wanting to know my situation. He got back to me even as he was leaving the office at the end of the evening as he promised at 6:30 PM. He spent a good amount of time speaking with me in conveying information that I needed, and even educated me about the Insurance market pricing trends and history around rental properties of which this is the market I am in. Thanks so much, Spencer. I can see why people find you. I will return.

Spencer was totally awesome. He helped me step-by-step with getting car insurance and he still helps me. I am elderly and pretty much computer illiterate.I call him for every little thing and he has such patience with me. Instead of a five star rating I give him a 10 star rating. I hope to refer all my friends that need insurance to him!

Spencer was very helpful concerning my situation with insurance. He did not rush me but took time to go over the options I had. I was very comfortable and it really felt good having him explain the various options I had and the variety of costs. I was their most of the afternoon and did not feel any pressure just explanations of various ways I could go. I would recommend Spenser very much if you are looking for an honest and caring broker.
